This policy describes what the www.solidtrack.io website stores in your browser. The site keeps that to the minimum it needs to work: it sets no advertising cookies, no profiling cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies. What we store, what we do not, and how to remove it are all listed below.

WHAT WE STORE IN YOUR BROWSER

Strictly Necessary and Functional Cookies

• NEXT\_LOCALE: Remembers whether you asked to read the site in Turkish or in English. It is written when you use the language switcher, it lasts for your browser session, and it contains nothing that identifies you. Without it the site returns to the default language on every page you open.

Browser Storage That Is Not a Cookie

• solidtrack-cookie-notice-dismissed: Remembers that you closed the notice at the bottom of the page, so it does not reappear on every visit. This is not a cookie. It is held in your browser's local storage, it is never sent to our servers, and it does not identify you.

WHAT WE DO NOT USE

This site sets no advertising cookies, no retargeting cookies, no social media tracking cookies and nothing that follows your behaviour across other websites. There are no third party marketing cookies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn or comparable tools. No profile is built from your visit, and nothing about you is passed to third parties for advertising.

VISIT MEASUREMENT

We measure which pages are viewed and how quickly they load, as aggregate statistics. That measurement uses no cookies, does not follow you between websites and does not identify individual visitors. It produces aggregate figures such as page view counts and loading times, and nothing else.

WHY THERE IS NO CONSENT BANNER

Consent is required for cookies that are not necessary for the site to function. This site sets none, so we do not ask you for cookie consent. The notice at the foot of the page exists to tell you what is stored, not to collect permission: dismissing it is not consent, and the site behaves identically whether you dismiss it or not.

HOW TO DELETE OR BLOCK COOKIES

You can delete cookies, or block them entirely, from your browser settings. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge each have a cookie section in their settings. If you block the language cookie the site still works, it simply will not remember which language you chose.

INFORMATION YOU SEND THROUGH A FORM

You can use this website without giving us any personal information. If you choose to complete the contact form, the name, work email address, company and message you provide are sent to us by email. We use them to answer your enquiry. How that data is processed, how long it is kept and how you exercise your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy and in the KVKK Information Notice. If you want it deleted, an email to info@solidtrack.io is enough.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE

This policy is published in Turkish and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Turkish text prevails.
