As Solidus Makina Anonim Şirketi, we take the greatest possible care to ensure that the personal data of visitors to our website www.solidtrack.io, of our platform users and of our prospective customers is processed and protected in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the relevant legislation. This Information Notice has been prepared in order to inform you about how your personal data is collected, processed and transferred by our Company in its capacity as data controller.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA THAT IS PROCESSED

Within the scope of your use of our website, your completion of a form, or your use of the SolidTrack platform services (SaaS and IoT Hardware), the following personal data relating to you may be processed:

Identity Data: First name, last name.

Contact Data: E-mail address, telephone number, company information and corporate correspondence address.

Transaction Security Data: IP address, website login and logout log records, password and passcode information, cookie records.

Customer Transaction Data: Request and complaint information, the content of the messages sent within the scope of demo requests, user activity on the platform.

Location and Telemetry Data: Site/operation addresses and the field device locations supplied through SolidTrack IoT hardware.

(Note: With regard to the data that our customers process through the SolidTrack platform in relation to their own employees/operators (shift, health, certificate information and similar), Solidus Makina A.Ş. acts solely as a "Data Processor" under the KVKK, and such data is kept securely in line with the instructions of our customers.)

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed for the purposes set out below, in accordance with the processing conditions laid down in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

Providing our products and services, granting platform access (SaaS) and carrying out contractual processes,

Meeting the requests received through the "Book a Demo" and other contact forms and carrying out communication activities,

Coordinating the installation, maintenance and support services for SolidTrack IoT devices (telemetry units),

Carrying out information security processes, resolving system faults and performance optimization,

Conducting our activities in compliance with legislation and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations,

Where your explicit consent is present; carrying out marketing analysis work, sending newsletters and introducing new products/features.

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND THE LEGAL GROUNDS

Your personal data is collected by wholly or partly automated means through the electronic forms on our website (www.solidtrack.io), e-mail correspondence, the platform interface, cookies and SolidTrack field hardware.

This data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds, which fall within the scope of Article 5/2 of the KVKK:

Processing of the personal data of the parties to a contract being necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of that contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c),

Processing being mandatory in order for our Company to fulfil its legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç),

Processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)

Activities such as marketing and the sending of commercial electronic messages, on the other hand, are carried out solely on the basis of your explicit consent.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected from you may be transferred, in line with the fulfilment of the purposes stated above;

To our secure technology suppliers located in Türkiye and/or abroad (on the basis of explicit consent or in accordance with the conditions of KVKK Art. 9), for the purpose of obtaining the necessary operational support and cloud infrastructure services (server hosting, database management),

To our business partners, financial advisors and legal counsel, for the purpose of following up on financial, accounting and legal affairs,

To public institutions and organizations authorized by law (e.g. BTK, the Courts), for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (KVKK ARTICLE 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as the owner of the data you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

To request information about it if your personal data has been processed,

To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,

To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the personal data is transferred,

To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,

To request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the KVKK,

To request that requests for correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

To object to a result to your detriment that arises from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,

To claim compensation for the damage if you suffer damage because your personal data has been processed unlawfully.

You may submit your requests concerning these rights in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", to our Company at Dudullu OSB Mahallesi, İmes Sanayi sitesi C306 Sk. No:2, 34775 Ümraniye İstanbul/Türkiye, or send them to the e-mail address info@solidtrack.io. Depending on its nature, your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE

This Information Notice is published in Turkish and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Turkish text prevails.
