A Secure Share link gives someone without a SolidTrack account a read-only view of one asset's current or latest reported location and movement history. Choose its expiry date when you create it, and revoke the URL when access is no longer needed.
Treat links as project-lifetime, not permanent. Revoke them when the hire ends or the job closes. If a recipient reports an empty page, check whether the URL has expired or been revoked and whether the shared equipment record is still available.
