The web console targets current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop. Keep the browser updated: the mapping and charting the platform relies on move quickly, and older builds tend to fail in ways that look like data problems.
On phones and tablets, use the browser-based Mobile App field workflows rather than the full console. Inspections, incident reporting and attendance are available today through a supported mobile browser, while the native iOS and Android apps remain in development. The web console assumes more room for planning and analysis.
